Keep socializing. Many of us, through raising our children, did not make the time to stay engaged with our friends. It is time to change that. As you age it is so important to stay socially connected, even more important than diet and exercise. Cultivate meaningful friendships that will last the rest of your life. Step out of your comfort zone and join some groups and try a few new hobbies. Don’t miss out on anything that gets you excited!
